We do hosting support only. FREE Email support at support at cyber dot co dot za.
If you have been a client for more than a year you also get Skype support.
Webdesign, content updating and user support we outsource to our partners.
You only pay for what you need, that's why our prices are so low. We do
not charge for support as part of the hosting fee, because 90% of the time you
do not need any support. Any when you need help just pay for the 30 or 60
minutes we solve your problem (hourly rates apply).
